Delete your Leoran account

You can delete your Leoran account and its data at any time, from the Leoran app or by email.

In the app

• Open the Leoran app and sign in.
• Go to Profile → ☰ menu → Plan & account.
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out. An active Pro subscription is cancelled.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email support@leoran.in from any address with the subject “Delete my account” and the mobile number you signed in with. We will confirm the request by OTP or a call to that number, then delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

• Your profile, private details (UPI, business and GST details) and sign-in.
• Your portfolio, catalogue and all files you uploaded.
• Your chats, notifications, connection requests, and reviews you wrote or received.
• Bookings, quotations, invoices, jobs, orders, leads, equipment, team and payment records you own.

What is kept

• Only payment records for Leoran’s own paid services (Pro plans and add-ons), held by our payment provider, for the period tax law requires. Nothing else is hidden or kept.

Delete some data without deleting your account

You can delete individual posts, portfolio photos, galleries, event photos, bookings and chats from inside the app. For anything else, email support@leoran.in and tell us what to remove. See the Privacy Policy for more.
