Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Leoran app and services. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Leoran on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

What Leoran is

Leoran is software that helps photographers run their business and connects them with editors, album labs and clients. Bookings, quotations, payments and delivery arranged through Leoran are agreements directly between those users. Leoran is not a party to them, does not employ any professional, and does not guarantee any user’s work, conduct or payment.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and number secure.
• One person or business per account. Professional roles can be combined on a single account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to: post unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive content; misrepresent your identity, credentials or verification status; harass other users; scrape or bulk-export data; interfere with the service; or use Leoran to arrange anything illegal. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that are reported and found to violate them.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the photos, text and files you upload. You grant Leoran a licence to host, display and transmit that content as needed to operate the features you use (for example showing your portfolio to clients, or delivering a gallery). You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including model and client consent where required.

Payments between users

Advance and milestone payments are made directly by UPI to the receiving user. Leoran records the amount but does not hold funds, process the transfer, or mediate disputes over that money. Refunds, cancellations and rework are settled between the users involved, according to the quotation and agreement they signed in the app.

Pro subscriptions and badges

Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period. Verification badges are one-time purchases. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or the Google Play payment policy. Prices may change with notice; a change does not affect the period you have already paid for.

Verification

A verification badge indicates we checked certain documents at a point in time. It is a trust signal, not a warranty of quality, and does not make Leoran responsible for that user’s work.

Availability

We work to keep Leoran running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leoran is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data, or for the acts, omissions, content or payments of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where liability is permitted to be capped, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the app. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, on notice where practicable. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
