Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Leoran app and leoran.in. By creating an account you agree to them. If you use Leoran on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.

What Leoran is

Leoran is software that helps photographers and other event professionals run their business, and connects them with editors, album labs and clients. Bookings, quotations, payments and deliveries arranged through Leoran are agreements directly between those users. Leoran is not a party to them, does not employ any professional, and does not guarantee any user’s work, conduct or payment.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and phone number secure.
• One person or business per account. Professional roles can be combined on a single account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to post unlawful, infringing, misleading or abusive content; misrepresent your identity, credentials or verification status; harass other users; scrape or bulk-export data; interfere with the service; or use Leoran to arrange anything illegal. Chat messages and posts are checked automatically for prohibited content. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules or that are reported and found to violate them.

Content and ownership

You keep ownership of the photos, text and files you upload. You grant Leoran a licence to host, display and transmit that content as needed to run the features you use, for example showing your portfolio, delivering a client gallery, or matching event guests to their photos. You are responsible for having the rights to everything you upload, including the consent of clients and people in your photos where required.

Payments between users

Advance and installment payments are made directly by UPI to the receiving user. Leoran records the amount but does not hold funds, process the transfer, charge a commission on it, or mediate disputes over that money. Refunds, cancellations and rework are settled between the users involved, according to the quotation and agreement they accepted in the app.

Pro subscriptions and paid services

Pro plans are billed monthly or yearly through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; your Pro access continues to the end of the period you paid for. Verification, profile boosts, client galleries, event photo delivery and AI culling are one-time purchases for the period or quantity shown when you buy. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices may change with notice; a change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

Automatic payments (UPI AutoPay, card and e-mandate)

• When you buy a Pro plan you authorise a recurring payment mandate through Razorpay, using UPI AutoPay in your UPI app, a card, or a bank e-mandate. The mandate covers only the plan price and billing period shown before you confirm.
• Each renewal is charged automatically at the start of the next billing period. You receive a notification from your UPI app, bank or Razorpay at least 24 hours before every debit, showing the amount and date.
• To stop renewals, cancel the plan in the app (Settings, Subscription) or on leoran.in. You can also revoke the UPI AutoPay mandate at any time in your UPI app, or the card or e-mandate with your bank. Cancelling stops future debits; Pro stays active until the end of the period already paid.
• If a renewal debit fails, Pro ends at the end of the paid period. We never charge more than the plan price shown, and we never change the amount of an existing mandate without asking you to approve a new one.

Cancellation and refunds

Renewal charges are not refunded once a new period has started, except where required by law. If you were charged after cancelling, charged twice, or charged a wrong amount, write to support@leoran.in within 7 days. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.

Free accounts may see ads in the app, provided by Google AdMob as described in the Privacy Policy. Pro accounts see no Google ads. Community listings posted by other members (below) are shown to everyone.

Community promotions

Photographers, editors and labs can post paid listings in Community: used or new gear, rentals, services and courses. A listing is an advertisement only: any deal, payment, rental or delivery is directly between the people involved, and Leoran is not a party to it and does not guarantee the item, its condition or the other person. Listings must be accurate, must not contain phone numbers, links or payment IDs in the text, and are checked automatically; we may remove listings that break these rules or are reported as misleading. The listing fee is for the time a listing is shown and is non-refundable once it is live, including if you mark it sold or remove it early. Your first standard 3-day listing may be free during the launch offer.

Storage periods and deletion

Client galleries and event photo sets are available for the period shown when you create them and are then deleted automatically; we send a reminder before that happens. Leoran is not a backup service, so please keep your own copies of your work and make sure your clients download what they need in time.

Event photo delivery

If you use QR event delivery, you confirm that you have the event host’s permission to photograph the event and to offer face-matched delivery, and that you will make the event QR notice available to guests. Guests take part only by scanning the QR and giving consent on the event page.

Verification

A verification badge means we checked the user’s Aadhaar Secure QR at a point in time. It is a trust signal, not a warranty of quality, and does not make Leoran responsible for that user’s work.

Availability

We work to keep Leoran running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Leoran is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or data, or for the acts, omissions, content or payments of other users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Where liability can be capped, our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from the app’s Settings. We may suspend or terminate an account for breach of these terms, on notice where practicable. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer-protection rights you have to bring proceedings elsewhere.
